| 53-4296 is one of two RB-47Hs currently on display. Towards the end of it's military career, it was used as a radar test bed for the then new General Dynamics F-111A "Aardvark". It's unique "H" model nose was replaced with an Aardvark like nose section during testing. Upon the completion of the program, the test equipment was removed and an "E" model nose was applied. |
